As a Customer Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and accelerating customer growth across all channels.


  • Develop a growth strategy and drive all acquisition efforts across multiple channels, including paid marketing, email, social, retail channels, events, website and partnerships.

  • Crafting the company’s go to market strategy (target verticals, geographies, etc.), finding opportunities and refining growth strategy.

  • Lead efforts to improve the quality and capabilities of every acquisition channel whether it’s optimizing online spend, maintaining key channel relationships, or driving co-marketing campaigns.

  • A good balance of analytical and creative thinking.

  • Own email and customer lifecycle marketing.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to create impactful partnerships across the fitness and lifestyle ecosystem.


  • Lead sourcing, partnership scoping, negotiation and deal implementation for partnerships across the fitness and lifestyle – brands, studios, trainers, athletes, events, influencers.

  • Develop partnership roadmap and strategy to help expand distribution and hit revenue targets.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new business development whether with customers, strategic partners or industry associations.Adapt and execute deals with national and local partners to scale business in respective regional markets.

  • Work with the cross-functional team to ensure alignment with overall strategy and implementation planning.


  • 2+ years in a business development role negotiating and executing partnerships

  • Deep understanding of the fitness, lifestyle, sports, and outdoors industries.

  • Experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within partner organizations.

We are looking for an experienced, proven innovator who has successfully built brands and companies through powerful consumer storytelling in the media. The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for crafting key consumer messages and for bringing them to life through world ­class media relations and compelling programs.


  • Develop the national and local media strategy, by month, quarter and year, to increase brand read with key customer segments and in key markets.

  • Own the strategy and results for delivering top tier consumer coverage in national and local outlets, across all media types.

  • Own the crafting and implementation of key consumer messages and brand narratives that will pull ­through in consumer coverage.

  • Develop key consumer messages that win consumers.

  • Build and execute on programs, either within comms specifically or through partnership with other PR teams, to amplify key messages and media opportunities.


  • 2+ years experience in communications, media relations and media strategy.

  • Proven success building and implementing programs that break through for brands in consumer media.

  • Proven success opening, maintaining and growing relationships with producers, writers, directors and editors across consumer media (e.g., broadcast, radio, print and online)

  • Proven success running national and local communications programs

  • Proven success creating and managing social media campaigns

  • In-depth experience with traditional media outlets and associated timing required to build those relationships along with modern and recent experience operating in a realtime, 24/­7 consumer news cycle, particularly online

We are looking for an experienced and innovative e-commerce manager to own product management for the STYLE of SPORT website, working closely with marketing and web development to deliver an exceptional e-commerce experience for customers.


  • Work closely with web development teams to define features and determine the website roadmap and feature set.

  • Design features and functions of the shopping experience for the website which are consistent with our brand, engaging and inspiring for customers, simplify the site experience and drive increased conversion on our sites.

  • Work across all areas of the website including homepage/product page, search, cart/checkout, supply chain, mobile or multichannel).

  • Design research with consumers to understand their needs and views of our sites. Incorporate into ongoing strategies.

  • Understand the competitive environment and position our website uniquely as a market leader.

  • Work with partners to build affiliate sales and dropship businesses.

  • Work with marketing and web development to institute web optimization best practices (A/B testing, etc…) in order to improve customer experiences, flow, and conversion rates.

  • Develop and deliver creative new ecommerce products


  • 4+ years of ecommerce product management experience.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude must have launched a number of new commerce products.

  • Previous experience driving metrics-based ROI analysis and consumer strategy.

  • Have a vision for innovative design.

  • BS in CS or equivalent technical experience.
